Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Policy on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Greetings to all visitors of this website (referred to as the ‘Site’). We value the intellectual property rights of individuals just as we anticipate others to respect our rights. As stipulated in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright holder or their representative can send us a notice to remove copyrighted material that breaches their rights via our DMCA Agent whose details are provided below. This law grants us immunity as an internet service provider under the ‘safe harbor’ clause of the DMCA.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

  1. You must provide a signed document from the copyright owner (or authorized representative).
  2. Specify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identify the material to be removed and provide information to help locate it.
  4. Include your contact details such as name, address, email, phone number, and fax.
  5. Declare that you have a genuine belief that the material is being used without permission.
  6. Assert that the information given is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

According to Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties including fees and costs can be imposed on anyone who knowingly misrepresents information in a copyright infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

All takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page promptly via email.

Kindly note that we may share your information from any copyright infringement claim we receive with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this condition.

Counter Notice – Reinstatement of Content

If you receive a notice to remove material due to a copyright claim, you can provide us with a counter notification to have the material restored. The notice should include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. A description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a consent statement for jurisdiction.

Send your counter notice via our Contact page, preferably through email.

Policy on Repeat Infringement

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We adhere to the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act regarding repeat infringers. Accounts of individuals violating our policy will be terminated.
